from the Orlando airport. Just off of Route 192, minutes from the Medieval Times. Friends & Family: Please note that I will only be renting my vacation villa to family, friends,
and sometimes others who have been personally referred to me by a friend or family member. Description: 3 bedrooms (beds are king size, queen size, and 2 twins) 2 full baths Full kitchen (including microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, coffee
maker, can opener, toaster oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, etc) Full-size washer and dryer inside villa Towels, linens, and blankets are provided Central air conditioning Television and VCR (no cable TV service) Telephone Cathedral ceiling in living room Off-street parking Second floor villa. Pool is about 1 block from villa (no hot tub) Arrival: Normally you should expect the villa to be ready for you whatever day you get there. Check-in
time is very flexible, depending on whether anyone rents the week before or after you, and assuming sufficient time
is allowed for the villa to be cleaned. Maid Service: Just like at your own home, there is no daily maid service. If you would like cleaning
service during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional fee. Please use the washer and dryer in the villa to
wash sheets, towels, etc. as you make use of them. Clean linens will be on the beds and extras are in each bedroom closet.
Besides the towels in the bathrooms, extras will be in the laundry closet. You do not need to wash the bed linens or towels
before you leave, unless you have the time. Cleaning: The villa will be cleaned after you leave. Please try to leave the villa to some degree as you
found it. There is no need to clean the bathrooms, floors, sweep or dust. Villa Standards: For the comfort of everyone, the vacation home is pet-free and
smoke-free. Basic Shopping: There is a Target and Publix Supermarket, down the street. 24-hour Super-WalMart is close
by, that also has a supermarket within the store. A large shopping plaza called The Loop, with store and
restaurants, is also 5 minutes from the condo. There are literally hundreds of other places to shop all around. You can
find anything you might want to buy within a 20 minute drive. It's a Vacation Home: Please remember that this is not a hotel. It does not have all the amenities that you
would find in a hotel, but affords the comfort of staying in someone's home. It is my private home and you are a guest.
Please treat it as you would your own home. And above all, enjoy yourselves, as I enjoy visiting the vacation capital of the
